Launching The 38th Frame......

About the new blog, web site and direction...

What is The 38th Frame going to be?
Right now I have set up my primary web site DarrinBallman.com to be exclusively focused on my wedding and family photography - it just seems to work better that way! So The 38th Frame, and in the not too distant future DarrinBallman.net will be focused on everything else! Among the new features will be....

Photography Education - One on one and small group tutorials for both the consumer and the enthusiast or aspiring pro, as well as workshops. Currently the one-on-one sessions are available for booking - or if you can assemble a small group of 4 individuals. Ask for details...

Fine Art Prints - I will be offering prints for sale shortly. Until a formal system is set up, if you see a photo you would like a print of, I suggest copying it into an email to me and I can assist you from there.

Expanded Work - Yes I have and will shoot a variety of other work outside of the wedding and family business. Just ask...it could be product/commercial, modeling, concert and more. I will be using the new web site in particular to showcase some of these other interests.

Photography Business & Tips - There's a lot to think about if you're looking to turn this passion into a business! We'll occasionally look at some of those important things to consider!

Photoshop - Lightroom and "Post-Processing" - There are always a lot of questions about how to do this or that...

Fun - I will probably use The 38th Frame blog for fun photo posting too....or just to touch base and fill you in on something going on!

So for right now this will give me a little bit of an outlet for some of the other things going on...we'll see where it goes from here!
